About this project

Bradwell Group were proud to partner with Fleetwood Australia to produce a two story permanent modular facility spanning 1693m2. This magnificent building was constructed at the Smithfield factory and delivered to site in Wagga Wagga NSW.

Bradwell Group were contracted to D&C, HVAC and Electrical to be compliant with EFSG Standards. Working closely with Steensen Varming (Australia) on the collaboration, to ensure the design was suited to modular building, and where our expertise was of a great benefit to ensure this project was successful.

With a total of 36 modules to create 16 new classrooms over two storeys. This new facility now caters for over 500 students from Kindergarten to Year 6, all with the latest technologies available in total comfort all year round.

Bradwell Group have successfully partnered with CNC Controls and HUB Automation to deliver several SINSW (NSW Department of Education) newly built schools HVAC and electrical requirements. These projects have included Building Management and Control Systems (BMCS), Energy Management Dashboards and Classroom Controls compliant with EFSG and DG55 requirements.

Each school was delivered on time, within budget and to our high standards. A testament to our success has been the invitation to continue to tender and win these works over the last 5 years.
