About this project

Bradwell Group were proud to partner with Fleetwood Australia to produce a multi-story modular office and training complex for the Sydney Roosters. This fantastic facility was constructed at the Smithfield factory and delivered to site at Moore Park Sydney.

This building was constructed as a temporary solution to home the Sydney Roosters during the construction of the new Alliance Stadium.

Bradwell Group were contracted to D&C, HVAC and Electrical to be compliant with Australian Standards.

This complex consisted of an administration section, gymnasium, doctors and physio rooms, meeting rooms, change rooms and amenities.

Electrical design consisting of LED lighting, fans, exit and emergency lighting, fire, and outdoor lighting.
