About this project

Bradwell Group were awarded to partner with Faculty Shopfitting and Work Club Global Australia to supply and install Electrical Infrastructure Works including Power, Lighting (240v + DALI Control), Security SALTO System and Telecommunication Cabling IT Room / Cupboards as per Evolved Engineering design. Supply and Installation of a Stanilite Exit and Emergency System, redesigned and monitored by the BMS.

This project consisted of two full floor office renovations and fit outs. With a lighting design set into zones, C/W sensors complying to NCC Section J5, feature lighting, all general power and switchboard upgrades were completed throughout the project.

Level 32 had a magnificent view overlooking Sydney Harbour with a spectacular bar, and general seating area. Full Cat 6a data and fibre fit out to over 300 points.
